TruInvest began with a simple idea: make investing easier for everyday people. But the reality was complex – scattered data, confusing metrics, and no clear way to evaluate stocks. That’s where we stepped in. Instead of building just another app, we created a complete ecosystem powered by TruScore – a smart system that turns complex financial data into one simple score. Along with a fast stock screener and a clean, intuitive interface, TruInvest transformed how users interact with investments. Today, it helps investors make confident decisions quickly, turning confusion into clarity and building a strong foundation for future growth.

Challenges

Building TruInvest came with multiple challenges. The biggest was simplifying complex financial data into something easy for everyday investors to understand. Creating a reliable and scalable stock scoring system (TruScore) required handling multiple variables while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Developing a real-time stock screening engine with multiple filters without performance lag was also technically demanding. As data and users grow, maintaining high performance and scalability was critical. Ensuring strong data security and handling frequent financial data updates without affecting user experience added further complexity. Finally, balancing a powerful backend with a clean, intuitive frontend was essential for user adoption.

Solution

To solve these challenges, we built TruInvest as a scalable fintech ecosystem using Flutter and a Python FastAPI backend with clean architecture. We introduced TruScore, a proprietary scoring system that converts complex financial data into a simple, standardized score for easy decision-making. A high-performance stock screening engine was developed using optimized SQL queries and asynchronous APIs to deliver real-time results. We implemented a secure, modular backend with role-based access and efficient data handling. On the frontend, we designed a clean and intuitive interface with smart state management and caching, ensuring fast performance and a seamless user experience across platforms.
